Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made-to-order, they are printed and fulfilled by our partner Printful before being shipped to you. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Origin Orders are fulfilled from Printful's global network of facilities. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location — this may be in Australia, the USA, or another regional hub depending on product availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
